Who is running it

I spent over twenty years learning how businesses get built. Then I decided to build my own.

Two decades in advertising, media and operations, across international markets. I knew how large businesses worked, but what I didn't know was what it felt like to start something new, with your name on it, and everything to lose.

And I could not find anyone who did.

Every piece of advice assumed I was starting from zero. But I wasn't. I had twenty years behind me, a reputation I had earned, and a great deal I was not willing to risk without thinking it through properly. What I needed was someone who understood that starting something of your own, when you have spent years succeeding at someone else's game, is a completely different problem.

So I built the thing I could not find. That is coren haus.

Today I work with corporate leaders who want to build their own business. Not just using what they know, but building something that fits who they are, what they value, and what they actually want their life to look like.

FAQs

I have never run a business. Is that a problem?

No. You are not starting from zero. You are starting with a career of leadership, judgement, negotiation and delivery. What is missing is not capability, it is a different game with different rules, and that is learnable.

What if I do not have the entrepreneurial profile?

There is no profile you had to be born with. You have simply never been in a position where it needed to exist. Founder is not a personality type, it is an identity that gets built, and building it is what this programme is for.

What if it's too late for me to start a business?

Your experience is the asset. Most people building a business spend their first years trying to earn credibility. You already have it. The work is turning it into something the market pays for.

I do not know what business to build yet.

That is the first part of the work, not a prerequisite for starting. Deciding what to build is what positioning does, and it is done with evidence rather than by waiting for the answer to arrive on its own.

I have a full time job and a busy life. Do I have the time?

The programme is designed for someone with a full time job and a busy life. It runs on scheduled one-to-one sessions and small consistent decisions between them, not on finding a second working week you do not have.
